Logging into the Customer Support System for the First Time

 

 

If you haven’t logged into our new RGA system yet, you’ll need to setup a new profile.  This short guide explains how, in three steps.

 

 

 

Step 1 – Account Info

 

To setup a new profile, you’ll need two pieces of information:

  1. Your CP&S “BillTo” Number
  2. Your “BillTo” Password (also known as your “Master” Password)

Step 2 – Setup Profile

 

Next, click on “Create a New Profile” from the login page at http://rga.cranepumps.com

 

 

 

 

 

 

From the My Profile screen, enter your CP&S BillTo Number in the “Distributor BillTo Number” field, and your BillTo/Master password in the “Master Distributor Password” field.

 

Fill out the rest of the fields, choose a username of your liking, and click submit.

 

 

 

 

 

Step 3 – Log In

 

Using your new User Name and Personal password, log in to http://rga.cranepumps.com
